Title of Position: Area Coach

Job Description: The Area Coach provides leadership and direct supervision to multiple restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for his/her individual unit. The Area Coach may directly perform hands-on operational work as necessary to train new managerial employees, respond to immediate or severe customer service needs, or otherwise role model appropriate skills and behaviors in the restaurant. Focal points for the Area Coach include establishing and reviewing unit-specific performance targets in guest service, margin improvement, and employee satisfaction, maintaining company standards in food safety, product, and facility specifications, allocating limited capital budgets to meet the highest priority facility needs, introducing and strengthening new company products and initiatives, and selecting, training, developing, and motivating managerial employees.

Qualifications:

· The Area Coach must have high-volume restaurant management experience of at least 2 years

· A 4-year degree is preferred for the Area Coach

· A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Area Coach

· The Area Coach must have at least 5 years of Restaurant Operations experience

· A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Area Coach

· The Area Coach must be extremely guest-oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
