We're seeking an experienced Executive General Manager to oversee multiple locations in New Hope, PA. As an Executive General Manager in New Hope, PA, you'll be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing day-to-day operations of our esteemed establishments.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee front-of-house (FOH), back-of-house (BOH), and event operations as an Executive General Manager in New Hope, PA
• Multi-Unit Management: Potential oversight of multiple locations in New Hope, PA, as part of our Executive General Manager team
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage high-performing teams as an Executive General Manager
• Financial Management: Drive sales growth, manage budgets, and optimize profitability
• Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests in New Hope, PA

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in FOH, BOH, and events
• Proven track record of success in leadership roles
• Excellent communication, P&L and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits:
