What You’ll Do

• Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
• Lead shifts, ensuring top-tier hospitality and smooth execution
• Train, coach, and mentor hourly team members
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development
• Maintain consistent standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
• Support inventory management, ordering, and waste control
• Monitor labor performance and scheduling needs
• Help drive sales, guest satisfaction, and team engagement

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate teams
• Excellent guest service mindset with a people-first approach
• Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, labor, and basic cost controls
• Hands-on, lead-by-example style — visible in FOH and BOH

Compensation & Benefits
