Title of Position: Manager

Job Description: As Manager your responsibilities would include overseeing the overall performance of your restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service are being met and exceeded in both the Front of House. As the Manager it will be up to you to lead by example, showing enthusiasm while you motivate and inspire your team. Recognizing your team members are also eager to develop in their own careers and mentoring their skills and growth is an important leadership role. Our Management Team must be able to accomplish all administrative duties while being present on the restaurant floor. Strong understanding of P&L with ability to control costs throughout the entire building.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Manager experience in a fine dining environment

·       A college degree or culinary degree is preferred but not required for the Manager

·       Night and weekend availability are required for the Manager

·       The Manager must have strong P&L knowledge

·       The Manager must have proven ability to drive sales and build profit

·       Exceptional communication skills are key to the success of the Manager
