Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, guest-focused Seasonal Assistant General Manager to join our team for the 2026 season. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the most vibrant seasonal destinations in New England and be part of a high-performing restaurant group known for outstanding hospitality.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational instincts, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to guide and develop a high-energy team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Seasonal Assistant General Manager, you will partner closely with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and uphold the highest standards in guest service, team performance, and operational execution. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, staffing, and guest satisfaction
- Leading, scheduling, training, and developing hourly team members
- Ensuring the restaurant is properly staffed and prepared to meet business demands
- Coaching team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations
- Enforcing company standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
- Assisting with inventory control, cost management, and operational reporting
- Helping implement new systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and elevate the guest experience
- Working collaboratively with leadership to meet or exceed financial and operational goals

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and engage a team
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to train, coach, and develop hourly staff
- Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and guest-first service
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
