Ownership is looking for a high caliber Kitchen Manager with experience running fast paced, high volume, full service restaurant concepts. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for assisting with rebranding and menu development for a Mexican restaurant reopening in the summer 2026. Looking for a Kitchen Manager with proven experience in Tex Mex/Spanish/Mexican/New American style concepts.

** Travel to Texas for training is required **

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality food production.
• Manage and lead kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls to meet budget targets.
• Collaborate with leadership on menu execution, recipe adherence, and kitchen procedures.
• Monitor labor costs and optimize staffing levels based on business needs.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Enforce company policies, recipes, and operational standards.
• Support a positive, accountable, and team-oriented kitchen culture.
