Title of Position: Executive Hospitality Recruiter

Job Description: The role of the Executive Recruiter is to establish recruiting needs by meeting with managers and interviewing candidates. They will attract applicants through various job boards, determine candidate qualifications by analyzing responses and verifying references, and use internet search engines and other recruitment tools. This position requires exemplary verbal and written communication skills and the ability to follow established protocols. The Executive Recruiter must have a deep understanding of hospitality industry best practices and operational standards, and a passion for mentoring management applicants and impacting lives on a daily basis. Their dedication to delivering exceptional recruitment services, strategic thinking, and attention to detail will be critical to finding the best candidates for the job and ensuring the success of our business.

Qualifications:

·       The Executive Recruiter must have 3-5 years Executive Management, Human Resource/Recruiting, Assistant General Management, or General Management experience in a hotel, resort, or casino

·       The Executive Recruiter must have entrepreneurial ambition and desire to be in business for themselves

·       The Executive Recruiter must have the highest levels of professionalism and integrity

·       The Executive Recruiter must have self-discipline and the ability to work independently
