General Manager – New Brewery & Restaurant Opening
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 base + annual performance bonus
A fast-growing, values-driven craft brewery and restaurant group is opening a brand-new flagship location and is hiring an elite-level General Manager to lead it from day one. This role is designed for a high-volume operator who knows how to launch, scale, and stabilize large, complex restaurants while building winning teams and unforgettable guest experiences.
This Is Not an Average GM Role
This is a ground-up opening of a high-volume brewery and full-service restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for everything — from hiring and training to culture, sales growth, and profitability.
You will be given:
- A brand-new building
- A full leadership team

- The autonomy to build a high-performance operation
Non-Negotiable Experience Requirements
This position requires proven, documented success in:
- General Manager or Senior Operator experience in restaurants doing $5 million+ in annual sales
- At least one full New Restaurant Opening (NRO) — including hiring, training, and opening execution
- High-volume bar, brewery, or full-service restaurant operations
- Leading large teams of employees and multiple managers
- Candidates without both $5M+ volume and NRO experience will not be considered.

Operations & Guest Experience
- Open and stabilize a brand-new, high-volume brewery-restaurant
- Set service, food, bar, and cleanliness standards
- Create a hospitality culture where every guest feels welcomed and valued
- Drive speed, accuracy, consistency, and energy across all shifts
People & Culture
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a full management and hourly team
- Build a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement
- Coach leaders to think, solve problems, and perform at a high level
Financial & Business Leadership
- Own the full P&L: labor, food, beverage, controllables, and profitability
- Drive revenue through great execution, marketing partnerships, and guest loyalty
- Execute budgets, forecasts, and operational KPIs
Leadership Presence
- Be visible, hands-on, and actively engaged in the operation
- Solve problems quickly and decisively
- Lead by example every day

Within your first 12 months, you will:

Compensation & Benefits
