Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: The General Manager will lead the reopening and daily operations of a full-service restaurant, driving results through strong leadership, disciplined execution, and hospitality. This role will hire, train, and develop the team while setting clear standards for service, cleanliness, and performance. The GM will oversee daily FOH and BOH execution, ensure smooth shift coordination, and hold leaders accountable to expectations. They will build schedules, manage labor targets, and maintain staffing levels that support both service quality and profitability. The GM will manage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and core cost controls to protect margins and maintain quality. They will track sales and key operating metrics, adjust quickly when results are off target, and lead guest recovery when needed. This is a hands-on role for a leader who can rebuild structure fast and keep the operation moving forward.

Requirements:

· Prior ownership experience or a proven owner-operator mindset is required

· Demonstrated success leading a restaurant opening, reopening, or turnaround

· 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service environment

· Strong financial and operational control skills (labor, inventory, cost management)

· Proven ability to hire, train, and lead a team with high standards and consistency
