Position Overview

As the Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing daily operations while leading with integrity, accountability, and a strong commitment to guest experience. You’ll help drive balanced results across sales, profitability, people development, and operational excellence by following proven systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations at the department level with consistency and purpose
• Uphold and model the company’s core values and service standards
• Drive sales growth and profitability through disciplined execution and leadership
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing management and hourly team
• Create a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence
