Title of Position: Restaurant District Manager

Job Description: The District Manager will direct and be responsible for the operation of multiple restaurants within the Birmingham, AL market. The District Manager must bring a smile and positive attitude to work on a daily basis. They must ensure customer satisfaction is consistently the top priority. The District Manager must know how to, and be passionate about, building strong effective teams and lead them towards a common goal. Ensure direct reports accomplish all required administrative responsibilities punctually and properly. The District Manager will manage the operational practices of all stores ensuring each run smoothly, exceeds health code standards and meets any budget and sales goals while complying with any marketing campaigns, promotions and community events.

Qualifications:

· This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a District Manager

· The District Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others

· The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the District Manager
