Area Manager

South Florida

This role is for a hands on operator who knows how to run multiple locations without losing the details. You will oversee a growing group of high volume QSR style units across South Florida, balancing people leadership, operational discipline, and financial accountability.

What You Will Own

• Full operational oversight of approximately 9 to 10 locations across South Florida, with travel throughout the region
• Direct leadership and development of General Managers and store leadership teams
• Hiring, training, accountability, and performance management across all units
• Execution and enforcement of brand standards, compliance, and operating procedures
• Inventory control, labor management, and cost controls
• Review and ownership of P&Ls, forecasting, and performance trends
• Administrative oversight to ensure clean operations and consistency across locations
• Acting as the operational bridge between field teams and senior leadership

The Right Background

• Multi unit leadership experience within QSR or fast paced retail dining
• Demonstrated stability in work history with at least one year or more in prior roles
• Comfortable leading from the field with regular in market travel
• Strong understanding of P&Ls, forecasting, and operational metrics
• Confident communicator who can coach, correct, and motivate leaders

Role Details

• Salary around 70k annually plus bonus
• Benefits include medical, dental, and vision
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• 50 to 70 percent travel, all within Florida
• Reports directly to senior operations leadership
