Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our location in Cranberry Township. As a General Manager, you'll oversee daily restaurant operations, drive top-line sales and catering growth, and develop high-performing, people-first teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences and community engagement while achieving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

·      Oversee daily restaurant operations, including sales, labor, catering, and guest satisfaction

·      Develop and execute strategies to drive top-line sales growth and profitability, including community outreach and local store marketing

·      Lead, train, and develop high-performing teams with a strong focus on people development and bench building

·      Manage P&L, labor, and inventory while maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment

·      Foster a positive, community-focused work environment and uphold Mission BBQ's culture and values

·      Ensure brand standards, company initiatives, and service expectations are consistently implemented and maintained
