Salary: $60,000 Base + $8,000 Bonus

We are opening a brand-new, fast-growing restaurant and are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the launch and build a strong, people-first culture from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Hire, train, and develop an engaged management and hourly team
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence
• Manage labor, food costs, and controllables to hit financial targets
• Ensure brand standards, food safety, and cleanliness expectations are met
• Create a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in a restaurant or food service environment
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and P&L accountability
• High standards for service, consistency, and cleanliness
• A hands-on, lead-from-the-front management style

Ideal Background

• Fast-casual or quick-service leadership experience preferred
• Experience opening a new location is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working days and evenings (no late nights)
