As a Sous Chef, you'll work closely with our Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, manage inventory, and mentor our culinary staff. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

We're looking for a dedicated individual with:

-         2-3 years of proven kitchen experience, ideally within an upscale casual dining environment.

-         A strong background in scratch cooking is essential, as you'll be instrumental in preparing innovative and delicious dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients. T

-         This role requires availability to work nights and weekends, as you'll be a key leader during our busiest service periods.
