THE ROLE

Dual Hotel General Manager

Location: Central Islip, Long Island, NY (LOCAL ONLY)

Salary: $120,000–$135,000 + bonus

Highly operational, on-the-floor leader overseeing both hotels. Visible with teams and guests; drives performance across two select-service brands.

NON-NEGOTIABLES

• Marriott select-service leadership (Courtyard, Residence Inn, or similar)

• Hands-on, floor-driven leadership style

• Strong operations focus: labor, guest experience, brand standards

• Based in / familiar with the Long Island market

• Experience leading dual assets or complex operations
