Compensation: $95k to $115k plus relocation assistance
Job Responsibilities:
The Assistant Director of Finance will support the Director of Finance in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conducting variance analysis and providing insights on financial performance.
- Assisting in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Supporting internal and external audit processes.
- Monitoring cash flow and optimizing cash management strategies.
- Collaborating with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Mentoring and guiding junior finance staff to foster professional growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the hospitality or AOAO (condo owner) industry
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with AOAO (condo owner) operations preferred
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus
