This newly acquired property in Jacksonville presents an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to make a direct impact leading operational improvements, building team culture, and positioning the hotel for long-term growth and profitability.

What We’re Seeking:
An experienced, hands-on General Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day hotel operations while driving performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement. Ideal candidates are proactive leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building strong teams and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B
- Drive overall property performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control practices
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and team members, fostering a positive and accountable culture
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and actively responding to guest feedback
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including occupancy, ADR, and guest satisfaction scores
- Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and key stakeholders to enhance the hotel’s presence in the market
- Ensure full compliance with brand standards, company policies, and all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management across all departments
- Identify operational efficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and profitability
- Maintain a strong on-property presence, leading by example and supporting teams during peak operational periods
