Job Overview

We are actively seeking an exceptional Director of Operations to provide strategic leadership and drive operational success across our restaurant network. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to implement impactful changes in a dynamic, multi-unit environment. You’ll oversee all aspects of operations while fostering strong relationships with franchisees, enabling growth and ensuring world-class experiences for every guest. This role can be based in Dallas, TX.

What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications)

• 8+ years of experience in operations leadership within the Casual Full Service Restaurant sector.
• Proven track record of achieving operational excellence in a complex, multi-unit environment.
• Strong strategic planning, execution, and organizational change management skills.
• Proficiency in managing financial (budgets, forecasting) and conducting performance reviews.
• Exceptional communication and team-building abilities with experience mentoring organizational leaders.
• Advanced problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to oversee competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for operational excellence paired with a focus on growth and innovation.

Duties & Responsibilities

As the Director of Operations, you will:

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations team, including Directors of Franchise Operations and Business Consultants.
• Develop clear strategies to boost sales, franchisees’ profitability, and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day operational standards while maintaining brand consistency across all locations.Oversee key initiatives such as market-planning, successful new store openings, and remodels.
• Lead compliance, food safety, and quality assurance practices.
• Foster franchisees’ growth by offering training resources and operational insights, ensuring their long-term success.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Technology, and Supply teams to implement efficiency-building initiatives.
• Deliver and surpass company-defined targets for operational and financial performance.
• Identify and spearhead projects aimed at refining processes and enhancing outcomes organization-wide.
