The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening, closing, ordering, staffing, training, and maintaining quality and service standards. This role is accountable for helping drive sales, controlling labor and food costs, and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the general manager with daily restaurant operations.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Help manage food ordering, inventory, and product usage.
• Monitor labor, food cost, and profitability goals.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Ensure quality, speed, and consistency in food and service.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns.
