What You’ll Do

As the Restaurant Catering Manager, you’ll take ownership of the catering experience from beginning to end. You will:

• Build and maintain relationships with businesses, organizations, and guests throughout the community
• Develop new catering opportunities and help grow catering sales
• Coordinate catering orders and events from planning through execution
• Partner with restaurant leadership and team members to ensure every order is accurate, organized, and delivered with exceptional service
• Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and create a seamless experience
• Resolve concerns quickly and professionally
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, safety, and service
• Represent the restaurant and brand throughout the local community
