Are you an experienced restaurant leader who thrives in an elevated dining environment and believes the best General Managers lead from the floor?

We’re looking for an experienced Fine Dining or Upscale Restaurant General Manager who knows that great hospitality starts with being present. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a GM who loves being on the floor, developing a strong team, connecting with guests, and taking ownership of every aspect of restaurant operations.

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from the guest experience and team development to financial performance and operational standards. We are looking for someone who is visible, approachable, and comfortable jumping in wherever needed while maintaining the polish and professionalism expected in an upscale environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with a strong presence on the floor
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team
• Create an exceptional guest experience through outstanding hospitality and attention to detail
• Oversee restaurant financial performance, including sales, labor, food and beverage costs, budgeting, and profitability
• Maintain high standards for food quality, beverage execution, service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, inventory, purchasing, and operational controls
• Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless FOH and BOH execution
• Build a positive, professional culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and genuine hospitality
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standards

Successful candidates will have General Manager experience in fine dining, upscale dining, or a polished high-volume full-service restaurant environment. Strong financial and operational knowledge is essential, along with proven success developing teams and creating memorable guest experiences. Most importantly, this role requires a hands-on leader who enjoys being part of the operation, knows their guests and employees, and leads by example.
