Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The responsibility of the Restaurant General Manager is to meet customer service guidelines and direct the operation of the restaurant, attain sales and profit objectives, maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and sanitation by assisting in directing and supervising management and hourly employees. Our Restaurant General Managers prepare all necessary operational reports and develop appropriate action plans to resolve unfavorable financial and/or sales trends plus develop and implement a marketing plan. The Kitchen Managers and Assistant Managers report to this position, while the Restaurant General Manager reports to the District Manager.

Requirements:
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Restaurant General Manager role, overseeing daily operations and team performance.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Ability to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Strong Financial Acumen: Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and achieving revenue goals.
  • Team-Oriented Leadership: Skilled in hiring, training, and motivating staff to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
