The position plays a key role in maintaining culinary excellence, operational efficiency, and team development while ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity across all food offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Lead, train, and mentor culinary team members to uphold brand standards and service expectations
- Assist with menu execution, recipe adherence, and seasonal or promotional offerings
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating during service periods
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and help control food and labor costs
- Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to ensure seamless service execution
- Step into a leadership role during service to manage workflow, timing, and quality control
- Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and performance coaching of kitchen staff
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a high-volume or upscale dining kitchen
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Solid knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
