Position Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of restaurant operations while delivering outstanding guest experiences, strong financial performance, and a positive, high-energy team culture. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and consistently upholds operational and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift execution, and service flow.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members.
  • Ensure exceptional food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards.
  • Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and overall P&L performance.
  • Create and manage schedules to align staffing with business demands.
  • Lead by example on the floor, maintaining high visibility during peak periods.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health regulations, and company policies.
  • Address guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts.
  • Maintain restaurant facilities, equipment, and overall appearance.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or senior leader in a high-volume restaurant or fast-casual environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage costs, labor, and operational controls.
  • Experience building, motivating, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on, high-energy environment.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and operational reporting.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed.
