Sommelier / Beverage Experience Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA

An exceptional senior living community in Atlanta, GA is seeking a passionate, experienced Sommelier or high-level Front-of-House Beverage Manager to lead and elevate the wine and beverage experience for residents and guests at their Woodstock, GA location. What You’ll Do:

Build and manage an elevated wine and beverage program tailored to the tastes and preferences of residents and guests
Provide warm, polished tableside service, expert pairing suggestions, and engaging wine presentations
Lead beverage education and coaching for dining and events staff to create consistent, elevated experiences
Help curate wine selections and cellar organization that reflect both quality and value
Partner with dining leadership to deliver beverage experiences that support culinary offerings and community events

Who You Are:

Sommelier certification preferred (Certified Sommelier or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience in upscale wine programs, beverage leadership, and elevated service delivery
Strong guest-facing skills, particularly in creating memorable, personalized experiences
A mentor and coach who builds confident, service-oriented teams
Hospitality experience in the Atlanta, GA market or similar luxury service environments

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $75,000–$90,000, depending on experience and wine expertise
