Restaurant General Manager

Location: Union, NJ

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-casual, high-volume restaurant environment. This role is responsible for driving exceptional guest experiences, developing strong teams, and ensuring operational and financial excellence while upholding brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all restaurant operations, including service execution, food quality, cleanliness, and safety
Lead, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members to build a high-performing, engaged team
Manage full P&L responsibility, including labor optimization, food cost control, inventory, and financial performance
Ensure consistent execution of operational procedures, recipes, and service standards
Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming environment and resolving guest concerns effectively
Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent
Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency, sales, and profitability

Qualifications:

3+ years of General Manager experience in fast-casual or high-volume restaurant concepts
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams
Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor and food costs
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
