Restaurant Manager – Massapequa Park, NY

Position Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced, full-service dining environment. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and consistent execution of service and food quality standards while driving operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
  • Lead, train, and develop hourly team members and shift leaders to maintain high service standards
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience by actively engaging with guests and resolving concerns
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and labor management to ensure efficient coverage and cost control
  • Monitor food quality, service speed, and cleanliness to maintain operational excellence
  • Support financial performance by managing labor, food costs, and other controllable expenses
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Assist in driving sales through strong execution, guest satisfaction, and operational consistency
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members
  • Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth and timely service execution
Qualifications:
  • 2–5 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service or fast-casual environment
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and guest service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
