Position Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced, full-service dining environment. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and consistent execution of service and food quality standards while driving operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
- Lead, train, and develop hourly team members and shift leaders to maintain high service standards
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience by actively engaging with guests and resolving concerns
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and labor management to ensure efficient coverage and cost control
- Monitor food quality, service speed, and cleanliness to maintain operational excellence
- Support financial performance by managing labor, food costs, and other controllable expenses
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Assist in driving sales through strong execution, guest satisfaction, and operational consistency
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth and timely service execution
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service or fast-casual environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
