Restaurant Manager – Westbury, NY

Position Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in a high-volume, full-service dining environment. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and consistent execution of food, beverage, and service standards while driving operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen coordination
  • Lead, train, and develop hourly team members and shift leaders to ensure consistent service excellence
  • Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and labor management to ensure optimal coverage and cost control
  • Support financial performance through management of labor, food costs, and other controllable expenses
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and overall restaurant presentation
  • Assist in driving sales through strong execution, guest engagement, and operational consistency
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members
  • Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth service flow and timely order execution
Qualifications:
  • 2–5 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hospitality standards
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
