Betty has been involved in the Hospitality Industry most of her life, she got her start working in her Grandparents Restaurant. Betty attended James Madison University(B.S. in Physical Education, Sports Management) and American University (M.S. in Human Resource Management) and while she was in school she worked in the Campus Dining Hall and at Golden Corral. Betty has worked in multiple industries including retail, health care, hospitality and most recently Betty was a Regional Recruiter for Carlson Restaurant Worldwide Inc.(TGI Fridays). Betty loves the excitement associated with the ever-changing hospitality industry.

Betty lives in Allen, Virginia. When Betty is not recruiting, she enjoys cooking and entertaining with her husband. Recently, Betty discovered The Raw Food Diet, which has opened a whole different world of food preparation.
