Jared has had a successful career consisting of 20+ years in the restaurant industry. Jared is most passionate about people; he thrives on helping people find their next long-term career.
Prior to joining the team at Gecko Hospitality, Jared served as the Director of Sales and Off-Premise Marketing for the Savory Restaurant Group in Salt Lake City, UT.
Jared has held various senior management positions in the past from being a Director of Operations for Blue Lemon Restaurants in Utah, to working as a Five Guys Area Manager in Southern California.
Jared started his restaurant management career with Johnny Carino’s in 2002 and became an opening unit director and Regional Manager. After Carino’s, Jared had the opportunity to work as a Regional Service Manager for Islands Restaurants in California.
Jared earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Utah.
Jared also served in the United States Air Force.
When he is not helping people find new opportunities, his life revolves around his family. He and his wife Jennifer, have 2 AMAZING twin babies named Jaxton and Amelie, born in 2020. They have 3 dogs named Jeter, Peanut and Chloe, a cat, 4 ducks, 3 chickens and a rooster.
