Jason Gan has over 5 years of experience in restaurant operations and led Panda Express and Chipotle to thrive during the COVID-19 pandemic. He has years of multi-unit experience with a result-driven and people-oriented mentality. He believes no restaurant business can fail if the managers pay attention to food quality, customer service, and ambiance.
He grew up in the southern China, then immigrated to the United States at 17 to pursue his education. With his passion in the hospitality industry, he studied Agribusiness Management for his Bachelor's degree at Penn State, and Master's degree in Management at Harvard University. He chose marketing and human resource as his concentrations as he believes a successful business relies on excellent employees and beloved brand image.
