Megan has a very diverse background from hospitality, marketing, education, and as a business owner. As a digital marketer, she increased engagement across social media platforms by 32-63% across a variety of applications for many boutique customers. As an educator and trainer, she executed successful events and curricula for young adult and adult students and associates. As a hospitality professional, Megan had the highest Guest Service Index scores in the Southwest region for a Luxury brand within Starwood 3 consecutive quarters and co-owns two successful restaurants. As an artist, she creates bespoke murals for private clients, for industry it’s brand creations (logos, font families, brand standards, social media formatted templates), as well as watercolor, linoleum block printing, digital art, ceramics, graphic presenting.

Megan lives in Lancaster, PA with her husband Matt, a successful restaurateur/chef, and their son Max.
