Paul Dullard is our Franchise Partner for Oklahoma and New Mexico. He started his restaurant career at age 15. His passion for the business showed early and he rose through the ranks quickly, becoming a General Manager at age 23. He would spend the next 20 years as a General Manager for corporate restaurants such as Village Inn, Ground Round and Carlos O’ Kelly’s. During this time Paul was awarded with Business neighbor of the year, as well as receiving the prestigious Presidents award for Excellence while at Carlos O’ Kelly’s, among other accolades.
Paul has most recently been a Director of Operations for a Midwest franchise group directing the daily operations of up to 30 units and 6 District Managers in 6 states. He was part of a leadership team that oversaw the recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training of all salaried managers and District Managers and coordinated the opening of 7 new units.
Paul lives with his wife and son and enjoys time spent with family, friends, and loves to travel.
Having established himself as a strong servant leader and mentor in the markets he has worked in, he is excited to bring his experience and his passion for the restaurant industry to his Gecko Hospitality markets.
