Tom Eckhardt received his degree in Hospitality Management from Western Illinois University and began his career with the Marriott Corporation with the Courtyard Hotel. He grew in the hospitality industry in the restaurant sector, contract foodservice, and airline catering.
He began his career making pizzas at a local restaurant in Chicago. During his career he was promoted to Area Manager, Director of Operations, and Regional Manager in various segments of the business from fast food to QSR to full-service restaurants including time in the airline catering industry. His passion for helping people achieve their fullest potential has been a cornerstone of his success.
Tom lives in the Denver area and when not working will find him with his wife Kama hiking in the mountains around Denver.
