When I joined the Krystal Company in September 2009, Sterling Smith was the first Recruiter that contacted me to establish a partnership. Sterling and I spent time on the phone week after week discussing candidates and their backgrounds so that he could get a best understanding of the Krystal culture and present the candidates that were the ideal fit for our various markets.
Due to his dedication, persistence and ability to make the connection between candidate and company, I am very proud of the fact that my first placement with my new company came from Sterling!
