Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Fine Dining Restaurant General Manager to lead our prestigious fine dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be a passionate hospitality professional with a strong track record in luxury dining, exceptional leadership abilities, and a commitment to creating unparalleled guest experiences. This role involves overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, food quality, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including staffing, service, and financial performance, to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day activities.
  • Recruit, train, and develop front-of-house staff to maintain a high level of service and professionalism.
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and top-tier food presentation.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback, resolving any issues promptly to ensure a memorable and flawless dining experience.
  • Manage reservations and optimize seating arrangements to maintain excellent guest flow and minimize wait times.
  • Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and cost control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a pristine and inviting dining environment.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, special events, and promotions to attract guests and enhance restaurant visibility.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to achieve operational and revenue goals.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a General Manager in a fine dining or luxury restaurant environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of managing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, food and beverage operations, and wine pairing.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach, dedicated to exceeding guest expectations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
