Responsibilities
  1. Hospitality Champion
  2. Embody and promote our Gracious Hospitality philosophy, inspiring both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver warm, welcoming experiences.
  3. Exceed all expectations of cleanliness and sanitation, championing a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and team members alike.
  4. Team Leadership
  5. Recruit, hire, and train top-tier talent who share our passion for extraordinary service.
  6. Lead by example, motivating your team to bring their best each day.
  7. Conduct performance evaluations that promote growth, celebrate achievements, and maintain accountability.
  8. Handle disciplinary actions and terminations with empathy and fairness, adhering to company policies.
  9. Daily Operations & Planning
  10. Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service from open to close.
  11. Collaborate with back-of-house leadership to maintain quality, timeliness, and consistency in every dish served.
  12. Strategically plan daily and weekly labor needs to meet service demands while controlling costs.
  13. Review performance metrics, financial data, and activity reports to fine-tune strategies and maximize results.
  14. Financial & Promotional Oversight
  15. Assist in preparing and maintaining the restaurant’s budget, meeting monthly financial goals, and making real-time adjustments to stay on target.
  16. Partner with the sales and events team to plan exciting promotions, launches, and community events that drive traffic and brand visibility.
  17. Standards & Policies
  18. Develop, update, and uphold restaurant standards and policies that reflect our commitment to excellence and innovation.
  19. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and business regulations.
  20. Manage additional tasks as needed to keep the restaurant thriving.

Required Skills & Abilities
  • Leadership & Supervisory Expertise: Proven ability to guide, inspire, and mentor a team toward outstanding performance.
  • Hospitality & Management Knowledge: A deep understanding of restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, and industry trends.
  • Analytical Mindset: Able to interpret financial data to set and achieve ambitious sales goals.
  • Organizational Savvy: Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills to keep every aspect of the restaurant running smoothly.
  • Communication Pro: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear direction and collaboration.
  • Tech-Friendly: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Job Requirements
  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business management preferred.
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training.
  • Minimum of five years of restaurant management experience.
  • Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (your passion will keep you moving!).
  • Comfortable navigating a bustling dining room and kitchen environment.
  • Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds when necessary.
