Exciting Management Opportunity for a New Las Vegas Exhibition

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic professional to oversee the interpretation, development, and curation of artifacts at the facility. The role also involves leading guests through an immersive experience, delivering insightful tours, and sharing the stories and history behind the featured artifacts.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Guiding Tours: Conducting engaging, informative tours and highlighting the rich history of the exhibit's artifacts and contributors.
• Creating Exceptional Visitor Experiences: Adding value to each visitor's experience by answering questions, scheduling private tours/events, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
• Curation & Presentation: Developing and delivering both scripted and organic presentations about the artifacts, people, and history featured in the exhibit.
• Hosting Events: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to organize private events, secure guest appearances, and connect with the community.
• Ambassadorship: Acting as a key ambassador of the experience, coordinating with VIP Services and Concierge partners to provide memorable tours for high-profile guests.
• Customer Service & Management: Maintaining high customer service standards while planning and leading staff meetings to ensure effective team communication regarding upcoming activations and events.
• Continuous Improvement: Gathering and sharing visitor feedback to refine and improve the exhibit experience for all guests.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
