Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing kitchen team in an upscale environment.
✅ Ensure precise execution of scratch-made dishes while maintaining impeccable quality.
✅ Manage high-volume service with efficiency, consistency, and composure.
✅ Oversee kitchen operations, inventory control, and food cost management.
✅ Maintain strict kitchen organization, cleanliness, and compliance with health/safety standards.
✅ Work closely with the Executive Chef and FOH leadership to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Ideal Candidate:
✔️ 3+ years of Sous Chef experience in an upscale, scratch-kitchen environment.
✔️ Background in high-volume, polished concepts – ability to handle intense service levels.
✔️ Strong leadership, team development, and high standards for food quality and execution.
✔️ Expertise in inventory, ordering, food cost control, and BOH operations.
✔️ Polished, professional demeanor with a strong passion for culinary excellence.
