Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and efficiency.
• Manage P&L to control costs and identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing restaurant team.
• Foster a fun, inviting, and performance-driven work environment.
• Lead by example to create a culture of consistency, accountability, and excellence.

Guest Experience & Sales Growth:

• Ensure outstanding customer service and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Implement initiatives to drive sales and profitability.
• Identify and execute process improvements to streamline operations.

What You Bring to the Table

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
