We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our upscale casual restaurant group in Reading, PA. As an Executive Chef in Reading, PA, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and overseeing the daily culinary operations of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team in Reading, PA
• Develop and execute menus that showcase creativity, quality, and consistency
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
• Control food costs, labor costs, and inventory management
• Collaborate with our management team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff to ensure exceptional performance and retention

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in an upscale casual restaurant environment
• Proven track record of success in leading high-performing kitchen teams
• Strong culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
