We are seeking a dynamic, sales-driven Store Manager to lead our luxury skincare studio in Seattle. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, inspire a team of 5-7 employees, and champion exceptional sales performance. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in retail or service-based sales, thrives in a customer-centric environment, and excels at selling memberships, upselling premium services, and fostering long-term client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by leading sales initiatives focused on memberships and high-end skincare services.
• Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and delivering a seamless, upscale customer experience.
• Coach and collaborate with the team to achieve strong conversion rates and maximize client retention.
• Engage directly with clients, offering personalized recommendations and expertly upselling services to enhance their experience.
• Partner with the corporate team and report directly to the Sales Director with insights and updates.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in retail or service-based sales, ideally in spa, wellness, hospitality, or fitness industries.
• Exceptional customer service and persuasive sales skills, with a passion for building client relationships.
• Experience managing a team and overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.
• Confidence thriving in a high-energy, sales-focused environment.
• Polished professional presence and articulate communication skills that reflect our luxury brand.
• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to our Seattle, WA location.
