Job Description: Our Restaurant General Manager will be required to uphold the integrity and enhance the image of our brand name through successful management of store operations and guest services. The Restaurant General Manager will work closely with store personnel to acquire optimum overall performance and brand recognition. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee development of Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Team Members through the proper usage of Leadership Strategies, ensuring the well-being of personnel through effective management of safety issues and protocols, establishing, and successfully controlling Daily Store Activities/Priorities, and monitoring the integrity of the inventory control systems by working together with Vendors, Merchandising, Sales and Accounting.
