Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company specifications for food preparation, sanitation, and administrative and accounting procedures.

• Manage P&L for the restaurant, focusing on achieving solid financial results.

• Direct and develop hourly staff members, Assistant Manager, and Kitchen Manager, providing consistent support and mentorship.

• Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive, high-energy work environment.

• Monitor and manage food costs, inventory, and budgeting in collaboration with the Executive Chef.

Qualifications:
