CFO Opportunity – Private Country Club | West Palm Beach, FL

Compensation: $260,000–$280,000 + Executive Benefits

We’re recruiting a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on behalf of an exclusive, highly regarded country club in the West Palm Beach area. This is a rare chance to lead finance at a property with a national reputation for excellence, stability, and a membership that demands and funds a world-class experience.

This isn’t just another finance seat. It’s a strategic, C-suite opportunity where you’ll partner directly with the GM/COO and Board to shape the long-term vision of a property that operates more like a luxury resort than your typical club. With significant capital investment, a healthy balance sheet, and a strong team already in place, your impact will be immediate and highly visible.

What You’ll Lead:

• Financial strategy, forecasting, and multi-year planning across all departments
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to leadership and Board
• Oversight of accounting, payroll, and purchasing teams
• Budgeting, CapEx, and project analysis for club enhancements
• Internal controls, audit readiness, and risk mitigation
• Membership financial modeling and dues structuring
• Relationship-building with department heads and the Finance Committee
• Technology upgrades (ERP, POS, automation, etc.) that bring clarity and speed to operations

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven finance executive (10+ years), ideally with hospitality, luxury resort, private club, or upscale HOA/real estate experience
• CPA or MBA preferred
• A leader who can see both the big picture and the fine print—strategic thinker with operational follow-through
• Highly adept at boardroom communication, team mentorship, and cross-functional leadership
• Strong presence, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-touch environment
• Bonus points for candidates who’ve led finance through construction projects, renovation planning, or new amenity development
