🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily BOH operations in a fast-paced, full-service kitchen
- Train and develop kitchen team to maintain high food quality and safety standards
- Control labor and food costs while optimizing prep, inventory, and execution
- Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment
- Work closely with FOH and leadership to drive overall performance
👤 What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a full-service concept
- Strong grasp of food safety, prep systems, and team coaching
- Comfortable in high-volume kitchens with corporate systems
- ServSafe Certified or willing to become certified
- Steady work history and strong leadership presence
