Compensation: $70K - $75K Total Compensation

• Base Salary: $60K - $65K

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.

• Enforce food safety and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with all health regulations.

Qualifications

• Required: Fluency in Spanish to effectively engage with a multicultural team.
• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar leadership role in casual dining.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory, and cost control.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• Passionate about creating outstanding dining experiences in a fast-paced setting.
