Title of Position: Assistant Manager


Job Description: As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in our success by overseeing daily operations and supporting the store manager in achieving sales targets. We pride ourselves on our family-oriented culture, where every team member is valued and supported to reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, creating schedules for employees, and assisting with customer service. You will also be responsible for training and coaching team members to ensure they provide exceptional service to our customers. As an assistant manager, you will also have the opportunity to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance store performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with the store manager in making important decisions related to budgeting, merchandising, and marketing initiatives. Overall, your attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will be essential in this role.
