We are looking for a Leader for our Catering team to help us continue to provide homemade, handcrafted food and an unforgettable dining experience for our customers.

Our restaurant is known for its delicious food and exceptional service. As a Catering Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. The Catering Manager has a friendly personality, a heart for hospitality, an attentive and organized nature, caring and courteous actions, and a desire to provide Extra Mile WOW Service to ensure Our Customer’s events are a complete success.

Responsibilities:

• Building Sales with weekly Brand Presentations and Food Drops
• Genuinely Engage and build Long Term Loyal Relationships with Our Customers
• Maintain an Active Presence at catering events.
• Accurately prepare and submit monthly reports on time
• Administrative duties include: data entry, emails and phone calls.
• Attend and participate in weekly meetings and conference calls

Requirements:

• Passionate about creating memorable experiences for customers
• Has previous management experience in the hospitality industry
• Dedicated to providing great service
• Intermediate computer skills are required
